A graduate of Missouri State University in 2004, Jon opened McKinney Insurance Agency, LLC and began his career in risk management the same year. With a heart for local churches, non-profits and giving back to the community, Jon chose to focus on the Church, NPO and Education sectors of insurance to help leaders of these organizations manage the complicated landscape of risk management. An agency owner at GLS, Jon brings nearly two decades of hands-on experience, proven leadership and industry-leading knowledge to all of his partners and has helped thousands advance their mission and ministry. When he is not providing industry leading risk management to his partners, Jon can be found serving at his Church, volunteering with a local non-profit or spending time with his wife, Mackenzie, and their four children. A man of great passion and integrity, Jon relishes the opportunity to lead our team at GLS and work alongside all of our partners!
