Tyler began his career in insurance after graduating from Missouri State University with a degree in Computer Information Systems. Early on, he gained experience across multiple areas of risk management, eventually serving as Sales Director for a national life insurance firm before founding Foster Insurance Group in 2006.
Over the next decade, Tyler focused on helping ministries, nonprofits, businesses, and individuals across the Midwest protect what matters most. In 2017, he partnered with Jon to launch GLS Insurance, where he continues to lead and support the team in navigating an increasingly complex insurance landscape.
Outside of work, Tyler and his wife Dawn are actively involved in their church and community. They enjoy spending time with their two children and investing in the relationships that matter most.
