Tyler embarked on his insurance career post-Missouri State University graduation, armed with a Computer Information Systems degree. With diverse experience spanning various risk management sectors, he ascended to Sales Director at a leading life insurance firm before founding Foster Insurance Group in 2006. Over the ensuing decade, Tyler leveraged his expertise, including the prestigious Life Underwriter Training Council Fellow designation, to safeguard ministries, non-profits, businesses, and individuals across the Midwest. In 2017, he joined forces with Jon to establish GLS Insurance Group, where his servant leadership ethos continues to guide the team through the complexities of risk management. Tyler, alongside his wife Dawn, finds fulfillment in community service, church involvement, family time, and nurturing their two children.
